Negative accusations against the existence of Instant Messenger (IM) in the work environment can reduce productivity claimed termentahkan. Even believed, even through instant messaging client assessment to be more smooth.

In fact, IM is has become the main communication instrument in the office. Nearly one third (37.7%) respondents said they use instant messaging to communicate with colleagues; 12.1 percent of the clients; and almost 10 percent with their leaders. Not only serves as a communication tool, 60.5 percent of users use IM to send documents, which add to the efficiency of employees.
